Most of what we build sits behind a login, which makes it awkward to show — so we do the next best thing and put you in a room with the engineers who built it, on a screen share, working through the real system.

Bespoke software goes wrong in one of two ways: nobody wrote the scope down, or nobody saw the thing until it was finished. Both are process failures, so the process is built to prevent them.
We sit with the people who do the work and follow the process as it actually runs, including the parts nobody has written down. You get a written scope: what the system will do, what it will not do in the first release, and where the risks are.
Screens and data model before code. You see wireframes of every screen your team will use and sign them off, because changing a drawing is cheap and changing a built system is not.
Delivered in stages, each one onto a staging environment your team can log into and use. You are never waiting until the end to find out whether we understood you.
Migration of your existing data with a reconciliation you can check before go-live, training for the people who will use it, and the source code and documentation handed to you. Support afterwards on a retainer or as you need it.
You own what we build. On final payment the source code, the database schema and the designs are yours, and we hand over the repository — set out in full on the software development page.
